MaKARENa in Palawan

In 2017, I went to El Nido with my friends and it was stunning. That trip was so special to me and my sanity  and I've always wanted to go back to see more of the island. This year, I was able to plan a trip with my friends to go back to Palawan. However, due to logistical and time constraints, we couldn't travel to El Nido so we decided to just stay in Puerto Princesa.

We wanted a chill vacation, one where we would do what we want on our own phase. So we went there with no plans, no itinerary, just us and our summer clothes. I know people who loves to travel would probably raise an eyebrow about this, but we wanted to just hang out by the beach, and that's exactly what we did.

The next day, we did the same thing. Lounged on the pool, talked for hours and ate to our hearts content.

That afternoon, we witnessed a wedding while we were eating cake by the ocean. (lol hi Joe Jonas!) We also had dinner at the same spot, and it's definitely one of my favorite parts of our trip.

The only tour we had while we were there was the city tour. We went to the Baywalk, Plaza Cuartel, Immaculate Concepcion Church, Crocodile farm, Baker's Hill, Mitra's Ranch, and to a souvenir shop.

There was also a wedding happening at the church when we went there. Why is there always a wedding wherever we go? Haha!

After the tour, we went to Kinabuchs Grill and Bar to have dinner. We were surprised at how fast their service was given that the place was packed. We were expecting good food because that's what our tour guide said, and they didn't disappoint. It was the perfect meal to cap off our trip.
